73rd Republic Day Celebrations Held Across Dioceses in India

Alost with the rest of the country, Believers Eastern Church dioceses in India celebrated the 73rd Republic Day of the nation with patriotic zeal while adhering to the covid-19 protocols.

Celebrations in each diocese commenced with the unfurling of the tricolor flag followed by the singing of the national anthem with all patriotic fervor.

The speakers reminded everyone of the efforts made by the leaders to frame the constitution to give India its sovereign, democratic status as a republic. Programs came to a close with prayers for the peace and growth of the nation.
