646 Children Receive School Supplies and Hygiene Kits in Himachal Pradesh

Believers Church Himachal Pradesh distributed school kits and hygiene supplies to children through Bridge of Hope between 15th and 18th September 2014. 646 children received kits containing a bathing towel and hygiene items, notebooks, geometric box, pens, pencils, and other items during these programs.

A majority of these children are from financially poor backgrounds. Their parents struggle to send them school and afford the necessary items for their studies. So, the church organized the program in order to provide these little kids sufficient school supplies. Rev. Fr. Jagan and Rev. Fr. Tshiring distributed the gifts to children in two centers.

All the children excitedly received their new gift. “I was not able to afford note books for my kid with my little income,” said one parent. “Thank you so much for seeing my child’s needs and providing these items.”
