580 Villagers Gain Access to Clean Water in the Diocese of Jasidih

On 15th April 2014, the Diocese of Jasidih installed bore wells in three different places for the villagers facing severe water scarcity. More than 580 people use these bore wells for their daily water needs.

For years these villagers were facing severe water scarcity, they depend on water sources like ponds for their water needs. The unhygienic environment and lack of water made the villagers fall sick most of the time. Under this circumstance, the church decided to install bore wells for the villagers.
