Over 500 Poor People Receive Income-Generating Tools and Utility Items on Founder’s Day in Diocese of Bhubaneswar

On 8th March 2017, Believers Church Diocese of Bhubaneshwar held a gift distribution program and distributed income-generating tools and utility items to the poor in commemoration of Founder’s Day and International Women’s Day.

During the program, the guests and dignitaries distributed income-generating gifts such as sewing machines, masonry tools, electric sewing machines, carpentry tools, and cycle repairing tools to 40 people and utility kits (each kit containing 2 sarees, 2 towels, 2 lungis and 4 bathing soaps) to 500 beneficiaries.

“I am so thankful to Believers Church for giving me a sewing machine. This gift would surely help me start supporting my family financially. I pray that Believers Church will continue to be a blessing to many more people like me” said Rajlaxmi Pradhan, a beneficiary.
