50 Families Benefit from New Bore Well in Uttarakhand

On 5th July, Believers Church Uttarakhand installed a new bore well in a village. More than 50 families can now use this bore well for their daily water needs.

Water scarcity was a major problem in this village. People had to walk kilometers in the hot weather to get buckets of water. People often didn’t bathe or wash their clothes due to water scarcity. This unhygienic condition and the contaminated water exposed them to deadly diseases.

Sis. Rani, a villager said, “I had to walk miles to get water but now I don’t have to go anywhere. The bore well is near my house and I can take water whenever I want to. Thank you Believers Church for having concern towards us.”

Believers Church has given clean, fresh water to many thousands of needy communities through the clean water project.
