400 Underprivileged Children Receive School Bags

On 8 August 2018, Believers Eastern Church Jammu distributed school bags to underprivileged children through Bridge of Hope.

The distribution was held in impoverished places where majority of the people live under the poverty line. For children hailing from these places, education is considered a luxury and even if they have access to education, their parents struggle to provide them proper school supplies. Many of these children have no other option but to use plastic covers to carry their books to school.

To help such children, the church held the school supply distribution and a total of 400 children received high quality backpacks. With smiles on their faces they expressed their gratitude to the church for the gift.
