40 Families Receive New Filters in Diocese of Lucknow

Believers Church Diocese of Lucknow distributed BioSand Water Filters to 40 families on 25th May 2015.

These people collect water from pipes which are installed in their village. Though this water wasn’t pure, they used to drink it directly as they did not have money to buy a filter. Seeing their need, the church distributed these filters.

“It is very useful and provides clean water without the use of electricity,” said Arun Shrivastav, a beneficiary. “Thank you so much for providing us one filter.”

Believers Church digs wells and bore wells and distributes BioSand Water Filters in water lacking communities through its Clean Water Project.
