325 People Receive Blankets on Founder’s Day

Believers Church Tezpur organized tablet distributions and a social welfare program on 8th March 2015, during the celebration of International Women’s Day and Founder’s Day.

Mr. Tikendra Basumatary (Executive Member, Bodoland Territorial Council) was the chief guest. He inaugurated the social welfare program and distributed blankets to 325 people. Later, Vitamin A and Albendazole tablets were distributed to people in different places to help them prevent blindness and parasitic infections.

All the beneficiaries thanked the church for organizing these programs to ensure their health and wellness.
