3,000 People Benefit From Free Medical Camps in Diocese of Bengaluru

Believers Church Diocese of Bengaluru held free medical camps at 14 places from 14th to 20th of June 2016 where about 3,000 people were treated for various ailments and free medicines were distributed to them.

In each place, after inaugurating the medical camp, different qualified doctors spoke about the importance of good health and maintaining personal hygiene. They also encouraged the participants to keep their surroundings clean in order to keep diseases at bay.

In the camps, diagnostic procedures like basic checking of height, weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, hemoglobin, ECG, vision test, ear test, skin and dental tests were conducted for participants free of cost.

Prescribed medicines and supplements such as eye drops, ear drops, cough syrups, skin ointment, tablets for cold and fever, vitamin tablets, tonic for weak children, iron tablets and tonic for pregnant women, protein mix were also provided freely to the patients.

Bridge of Hope children, their parents and people in the community benefited from the camps.
