30 Families Receive BioSand Water Filters in the Diocese of Tinsukia

The Diocese of Tinsukia held a BioSand water filter distribution program on 22nd May 2014. More than 30 families received water filters on that day.

The water available in that area was contaminated with iron and sand. The smelly, unfiltered water exposed them to all types of water borne diseases. Believers Church took the initiative to distribute BioSand water filters among the poor villagers.

During the program, Pastor Rajendra talked to the villagers about the importance and purpose of the BioSand water filters.

Believers Church, through its clean water project, has provided pure drinking water to many communities.
