27 Families Benefit from BioSand Water Filter Distribution in Changlang

On 24th April 2014, Believers Church Changlang held a BioSand water filter Distribution program. Twenty-seven families were benefited from the distribution program.

Mr Rajeeb Sungkurang (Anchal Samity member of the village) was the chief guest. In his speech he said, “I appreciate the church for its care and the initiative taken for the people of rural villages.”

He explained about the health hazards of drinking impure water. Mr Rajen, a beneficiary, said, “I have never seen a filter; never used one in my whole life. I am thankful to Believers Church for providing me a water filter.”

Believers Church through its clean water project provides pure water to thousands of villages by drilling bore wells and distributing BioSand water filters every year.
