26 Sisters Inducted into the Order of the Sisters of the Cross

The commissioning and dedication service of another batch of the Sisters of the Cross was held at St. James Believers Eastern Church parish in Dhemaji on July 4 and 5, 2024. His Grace Jeremiah Mor Theodosius Episcopa presided over both ceremonies. Altogether, 26 sisters—14 from Tinsukia Diocese and 12 from Dhemaji Diocese—were officially inducted into the Order of the Sisters of the Cross by His Grace Jeremiah Mor Theodosius Episcopa.

During the solemn services, each sister was presented with a saree and a cross by the Episcopa, signifying their commitment to a life of service and faith. The services culminated in the celebration of the Holy Eucharist.
