240 Families Receive Poverty Alleviating Gifts in Diocese of Jorhat

Believers Church Diocese of Jorhat organized a gift distribution program to help underprivileged families on 21st August 2015.

Shri. Rupjyoti Kurmi (MLA) was the chief guest. He inaugurated the program and thanked Believers Church for coming forward to help these people in crisis. Later, he distributed the gifts to each beneficiary.

240 families received items like tin sheets, sewing machines and bicycles. They expressed their gratitude towards the church for providing them with these life-sustainable items.

Through Poverty Alleviation and Social Welfare projects, Believers Church helps and empowers the people in underprivileged families to stay healthy and come out of poverty.
