19 Families in Changlang No Longer have to Drink Arsenic-Contaminated Water

On 26th September 2014, Believers Church Changlang distributed bioSand water filters to 19 families in a village.

Previously, they drank water containing arsenic which they get from a tube directly without purifying it. This often caused many sicknesses. So, the church distributed water filters to help them access clean water and to ensure their health.

“Thank you so much for giving us these filters,” said Maya Gamang, a beneficiary. “Now, we can drink pure water at any time.”

I order to ensure that all have access to clean water, Believers Church distributes BioSand water filters and installs bore wells in thousands of needy communities.
