186 Tailoring Students Graduate During Republic Day Celebrations

Believers Church Diocese of Bengaluru organized graduations for tailoring students during the celebration of 66th Republic Day of India. 186 women received their certificates that day.

These women have completed their six month long training program through which they were given training in tailoring, embroidery works, fashion designing and sari works.

They are planning to set up their own shops and thereby earn an income in the coming days. All the graduated women thanked the church for giving them a chance to learn a useful skill.

Believers Church empowers thousands of women each year through its adult literacy and vocational training programs.
