17 Villages Get Access to Drinking Water in the Diocese of Jasidih

The Diocese of Jasidih installed bore wells in 17 different villages in the month of May 2014. More than 1,240 people can now access these bore wells.

All the villages were facing water scarcity for a long time. At times, the villagers had to walk 15-20 kilometers to fetch drinking water. Due to the lack of water they lived in a poor hygienic environment. The church decided to install bore wells to help the villagers by providing clean water for them.

Believers Church through its clean water project has drilled thousands of bore wells to the needy communities.
