162 Families Receive Income-Generating Gifts in Diocese of Ranchi

Believers Church Diocese of Ranchi organized an income-generating gift distribution program on 8th October 2014. 162 most needy families received various gifts like bicycles, sewing machines, cows and solar lights during this program.

Mr. Anjani Kumar (Deputy District Commissioner) was the chief guest and he distributed the gifts among beneficiaries. He, then appreciated the Church for coming forward to help these families make an income. And the beneficiaries also expressed their gratitude towards the Church.

Through the income-generating gifts distribution programs like this, the Church helps the poor and needy in society to break the cycle of poverty.
