16,000 Vitamins Combat Blindness in Gorakhpur
March 8, 2011On 8th March 2011, Believers Church Gorakhpur Diocese conducted Blindness Control Programs in all its churches and Bridge of Hope centers and also in a few schools.
Vitamin A deficiency is prevalent throughout South Asia, putting children and adults at risk of blindness and other diseases. Believers Church helped combat this by distributing vitamins to 16,000 individuals through the Blindness Control Programs.
