140 Needy Children Receive Winter Aid in Diocese of Birtamod

While several parts of Nepal are reeling under severe cold, a local parish in Jhapa District of Nepal reached out to 140 poor and needy children in the community with winter aid.

During the distribution held from 8 to 10th of January 2023, the church distributed woolen caps and tracksuits to 140 poor children from five different squatter settlements. The children and their parents were very much grateful to the church for providing the useful items during the cold winter.
