13 Villages Receive New Bore Wells in Diocese of Udaipur

Believers Church Diocese of Udaipur inaugurated new bore wells in 13 different places in the month of March 2014.

In a few of these places, a nearby flowing river was the only source of water. The people there will wash their clothes and take bath in this river. And then, they will drink the same water, which is a highly unhygienic practice. They knew this caused water-borne disease, but since they didn’t have sufficient income to afford their own well, they continued to drink this dirty water.

So, these new wells are a great blessing to these people and they will provide clean and safe drinking water.

Through its clean water project, Believers Church ensures access to clean drinking water for people in rural areas.
