120 Women Attend One-Day Conference In Diocese of Birtamod

A Women’s Fellowship team in Believers Eastern Church Diocese of Birtamod organized a one-day women’s conference at the St. Paul Believers Eastern Church, Jhapa district, Nepal on 29 November 2021.

The conference was conducted under the leadership of the district Women’s Fellowship leader.
The theme of the conference was based on Matthew 6:33 – ‘But Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness’. Altogether, 120 women from nearby parishes attended the conference. They were happy and excited to attend the conference and learn from God’s Word.

There were three speakers. Basing her message on the theme, the first speaker exhorted the attendees saying, “If we put God first, He will meet all our needs.” She also gave them some practical steps on how they can seek first His Kingdom.

The second speaker talked three spiritual habits that aid our spiritual growth and help us seek God’s kingdom. The third session focused on the various roles played by women in the church.

The conference was a blessing for all the participants as they were greatly encouraged through the Word of God.

Helamati, one of the attendees, said, “I am thankful to God for giving me this awesome privilege to attend the conference. I am really encouraged by the sessions and I will never miss this kind of program in the days to come.”
