11 Women Complete Tailoring Course in the Diocese of Birtamod

On 25th June 2014, the Diocese of Birtamod held a graduation ceremony of a tailoring course in one of its Bridge of Hope centers. Eleven women graduated on that day.

In this six-month-long training, the women learned to make bags, shirts and dresses for ladies and babies. The course comprised of theoretical and practical sessions.

Pr. Bimal presented the certificates to the graduates, and he encouraged the women to use their new skill for a brighter future. The women were happy and confident about their new skill.

Through vocational training and adult literacy, Believers Church empowers thousands of poor and needy women.
