100 Widows Receive Saris from Bishop M.A. Lalachan on International Women’s Day

Believers Church Diocese of Patna celebrated Women’s Day with poor and needy widows on 8th March 2015.

Bishop M.A. Lalachan was the chief guest and he distributed saris to each widow. Later, diocesan staff served food for them.

100 widows received saris and food that day. “No one usually care for us or for our needs,” said Ranju Mosomat, a beneficiary with tears. “Thank you so much for giving me a sari and a delicious food.”

Believers Church organized various programs on International Women’s Day and helped thousands of poor and needy people through it.
