100 Flood-Affected Families Receive Food Packets in Peringara

In response to severe flooding in Peringara, Kerala, Believers Church Niranam Diocese distributed 100 packets of food supplies to locals on 5th July 2013.

Each family got five kg of rice, one kg of sugar and 250 grams of tea leaves. They were grateful to receive help since many of their belongings were submerged in the flood.

This is part of an ongoing relief effort to help thousands of flood victims throughout the state of Kerala.
