100 Children Practice Hand Washing in Tamil Nadu

Believers Church Chennai Diocese observed Global Hand Washing Day on 15th October 2012. 100 students gathered for the event at a Government Higher Secondary School in North Tamil Nadu.

Jesudass explained the meaning of Global Hand Washing Day. A Women’s Fellowship member demonstrated the proper way to wash hands.

The students learned that they should wash before and after meals and even after using the toilet or playing games. The church team set up an area for students to practice washing their hands correctly.
